Abstract(in English) | A microstrip spiral resonator and a compact 2nd-order bandpass filter is made by using high-T_c superconducting thin films. The bandpass filter is designed by using an electromagnetic solver-Sonnet em. The simulated frequency response of the designed filter satisfies well desired specifications. The characteristics of a spiral resonator and the 2nd-order bandpass filter are measured at 1.93GHz. |
