Abstract(in English) TFA-MOD(trifluoroacetate-metalorganic deposition) method is low cost non-vacuum coating process to obtain the thin film of superconductors with precise controllability of compositions. At the beginning, this method was developed in order to apply high-Tc oxide-superconductor for the wire and tapes. However, YB_2C_3O_<7-δ>(YBCO) film on the LaAlO_3 substrate of the 50mm diameter came to be able to be fabricated, and the examination of whether it was available for the microwave filter for the frontend which has already entered the practical stage in mobile telecommunication station became urgent. The first condition is to be uniform superconducting characteristic in the large area for realizing low loss filter in the 2GHz vicinity. The second conditions are that a microwave surface resistance is small. The two conditions were evaluated, and good characteristics and a future improvement policy were obtained.
