Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Sub-carrier transmission system in which microwave signal is carried by lightwave (radio on fiber) has been proposed recently. For this application, we are studying optical modulator for Sub-carrier transmission with super conducting booster circuit. In our design theory, which was modified to the filter theory, the bandwidth and modulation depth were controlled independently. We also designed the coplanar waveguide (CPW) booster circuit and simulated the frequency characteristics by the electromagnetic simulator.
