Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have fabricated superconducting tunnel junction (STJ) of Nb/Al/AlO_x/Nb with a superconducting microstrip-coil for X-ray detector. The microstrip-coil was used to apply magnetic field to suppress dc Josephson current of the STJ. The current-voltage characteristics were measured at a temperature ramge from 4.2K to 0.4K. The STJs show V_m value of 7000V with very low leakage current. The STJ was cooled down at 0.4K using ^3He cryostat. 5.9keV X-ray was irradiated into the STJ from a ^<55>Fe. X-ray signal was successfuly detected under the condition of feeding the current into the microstrip-coil.
