Abstract(in English) | We have proposed a SQUID magnetometer with a pick up coil patternd by a single-brushstroke method. A sample was fabricated with Nb plate and glass epoxy substrate with machining technique. Magnetic field noise resolution was evaluated and the biomagnetic signal measurement was performed. The pick up coil has single metal layer structure, which makes it easy to fabricate, and is expected to bear rough handling. |
