Abstract(in English) In resent years, many researches has been excuted to apply the superconductor to microweve devices. Hence, realization of superconducting microweve devices, for example superconducting antenna, superconducting filter. Most reports have been aimed for the application of the superconductor to a single devices. However, a report that applies the superconductor to an integreted microwave circuit is few. Therefore, we have researched to apply the superconductor to integreted microwave Doppler sensor. To make practicable a superconducting microwave devices, it is necessary exploitation including cooling system.
