Abstract(in English) A 30 GHz Chebyshev band-pass filter is designed by using a novel coplanar waveguide(CPW) structure. The design method is developed based on the theory of direct-coupled resonator filters. Two types of short-circuited stubs employed in the filter are analyzed by using an electromagnetic solver. Graphs of computed curves for the filter design purpose are provided. The simulated frequency response of the designed filter satisfies well the desired specifications.
