Abstract(in English) | In order to realize high-performance and miniaturized HTS passive microwave devices, impedance matching circuit was designed to control bandwidth, and was attatched to superconducting slot antenna. This impedance matching circuit was applied by the filters theory, which realizes broadband matching and sharp cutoff frequency characteristic. To realize a fully two-dimensional and miniaturized slot antenna, we adopt coplanar waveguide(CPW) structore, and also make use of meander line geometry and interdigital capacitance coupling. We proposed the design of superconducting slot antenna with broadband impedance matching circuit(central frequency : 10GHz, fractional bandwidth 0.35%), and its simulation was carried out by the electromagnetic field simulator. |
