Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Self-equalizing filters allow us to optimize magnitude- and group delay time characteristics by appropriate choice of polynomials as network functions, and to eliminate the use of additional equalizers. This paper describes "SME, Subordinate Magnitude Equalization" concept as a new self-equalizing filter design. We observe a network function for s_<21>. The prescribed phase characteristics and the rough magnitude are determined by its denominator polynomial, and the magnitude is then optimized by its numerator polynomials. This SME filter has high selectivity and produces low linear distortion, and is well realized by HTS materials. Subordinate magnitude equalization Non-minimum phase shift network Self-
