Abstract(in English) A 2GHz band superconducting microstrip line band-pass filter has been developed. This filter consists of the band-pass part in the main portion and the low-pass parts on both sides of the main portion. The band-pass part consists of five half-wave length microstrip transmission line resonators. The sharp skirt characteristic is realized by transmission zeros on both sides of desirable band. The good spurious characteristic is realized by the low-pass parts. The filter with center frequency of 1.95 GHz, insertion loss of 0.1 dB or less, and 3 dB bandwidth of 25 MHz was obtained. The spurious characteristic of the filter was improved by -30 dB or less between 1 and 9 GHz compared with the filter without low-pass parts.
