Abstract(in English) A two dielectric-resonator method has been commonly used to measure surface resistance R_s of high-T_c superconductors in microwave range. The measurement precision of △R_s/R_s=10 percents can be obtained for the YBCO films having R_s=0.1 mΩ at 12 GHz from the measurement using a pair of sapphire rods. Improvement a measurement system applicable to 60 GHz was performed by using 1.2 mm semi-rigid coaxial cables and V connectors. It is found that the measured result of R_s for YBCO films at 30 GHz is 1/20, compared with one for Cu.
