Abstract(in English) NdBa_2Cu_3O_x (NBCO) film has higher critical temperature and more stable surface than YBa_2Cu_3O_x (YBCO) film. The substrate temperature at which the c-axis oriented NBCO film grows is 80-100℃ higher than that for the c-axis oriented YBCO film. This is a drawback of composing multilayers for device applications. We successfully grew high-quality c-axis oriented NdBa_2Cu_3O_x films under high oxygen pressure at the same substrate temperature as c-axis oriented YBCO films grown by a pulsed laser sputtering method.
