Abstract(in English) We have fabricated a contact on a single crystal ground plain grown by Liquid Phase Epitaxy (LPE). The contact has ramped edge structure, which directly connects CuO planes between the ground and lines. After NBCO deposition, no deterioration is observed in AFM image on the ramped edge slope in spite of its higher deposition temperature than YBCO thin film's one. This shows high crystal quality of the LPE YBCO film. Flux flow type I-V characteristics are observed for contacts along boundaries between NBCO thin films deposited by sputtering and YBCO thich films grown by LPE. Critical current density is 4x10^5 A/cm^2 at 50 K. From XRD, there is stress caused by lattice mismatch along the boundaries between NBCO amd YBCO.
