Developments of Multi-loop Relaxation Oscillation SQUIDs with Direct Voltage Readout

Abstract(in English) We have developed a multi-loop relaxation oscillation SQUID magnetometer with voltage readout aiming at multi-channel SQUID vector magnetometers. The size of the device is 2.5×2.5mm^2. Flux-to-voltage coefficient of several mV/Φ_0 was obtained. In a flux locked loop operation with direct voltage readout, the magnetic field resolution was 12fT/√Hz at white noise region. With this magnetometer, we measured auditory evoked response from a human brain.
