Abstract(in English) For a mobile and satellite telecommunication systems, narrow band and sharp cutoff filters are required. We fabricated microwave filters with superconducting coplanar waveguide(CPW). By using densely integrated meanderlines, we can have filter-size greatly reduced. We proposed new design theory from resonator lengths and susceptance slope parameters. We also made experiments for meander radius=250μm, 3-pole filters at 2GHz.
