Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have obtained the current-phase relationship of the double barrier superconducting junctions (DBSJ), and also analyzed the characteristics of rf-SQUIDs and dc-SQUIDs using DBSJ. The dc Josephson currents through this junctions are calculated by the probability amplitude of the Andreev reflections in the propagation model of quasiparticles. The results show that rf-SQUIDs and dc-SQUIDs using DBSJ have the unique characteristics, which are different from those using single barrier superconducting junctions.
