Abstract(in English) Current-voltage characteristics of Nb Josephson tunnel jtknctions depend on temperature.We measured the charactertistics of the Nb, AlOx/Nb Josephson tunnel junctions and slso calculated the I-V characteristics of the junctions by McMillan's tunneling model assuming the S-N-I-N-S structure.
