Abstract(in English) | The even harmonic mixing at 40.2 and 94GHz is experimentaly investigated,using high-Tc YBCO thin film Josephson junctions.The maximum IF output is obtained at zero-bias voltage when the critical current is completely supressed by LO power.The IF output at zero-bias voltage decreases in proportion to N^-2>(N:harmonic number),and the IF output is 3dB higher than that obtained by the odd harmonic mixing. |
