Abstract(in English) We measured the magnetic penetration depth,surface resistance and complex conductivity using the coplanar waveguide resonator of YBCO thin film.We estimate values of the magnetic penetration depth in our films to be in the range 260-550nm.We obtained the surface resistance of best film at 3.8GHz of 23μΩ(4.2K)and 200μΩ (77K).A peak centered about 40K were observed in σ_1,which was pre sent in all of the samples.We interpreted the results with weakly coupled grain model that describes a film as a network of weakly coupled grain.
