Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper describes theoretically and experimentally the propagation characteristics of the magnetostatic surface wave in the composite structure of YIG film and YBCO.It is showntheoretically that the MSSW may give a strong isolation within 2.4GHz bandwidth and the very low propagation loss in the structure. The effect of ΔH which indicates magnetic loss of YIG fi lm on attenuation constant is investigated in detail. If the ΔH is larger than 10_e,low loss properties due to YBCO will be lost. The isolation and delay characteristics are examined experimentally under liquid nitrogen temperature and also compared with the case of copper.
