| Abstract(in English) | The electrical-magnetic properties of high-T_c superconducting flux flow transistors are reported.The YBCO superconducting thin films are used to fabricate the flux flow devices and the bridges are made onto a step edge substrate.The fabricated device shows a flux flow I-V characteristic and operates well as a transistor.The operation temprature is over 70K.An alternating modulation also indicates the transresistance of about 10Ω for our device. |
