Abstract(in English) | a-axis oriented YBCO, PBCO/YBCO junctions have been studied to realize a high-quality all-oxide Josephson junction in a sandwich geometry.In this reports,electric properties of the junctions with thinner PBCO barriers are shown.For 20 nm-PCBO-bariier juncitons, the observed I-V curves did not include an excess current.And the IcRn-value was 165μV at 4.2 K.However,a large excess cuurent was o bserved for 10 nm-PBCO junctions.The excess current depended on the junction area,and this current rapidly decreased as the area decreased.It was concluded that this characteristic was limited by the morphology of the prepared trilayer. |
