Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We reported a study of YBCO step edge junction SQUIDs with the optimum design of its inductance and the increase.of magnetic field resolution of SQUIDs using a superconducting focussing plate. We are stud ing of circuit operating for this high Tc superconducting dc-SQUID consists of direct offset integration technique(DOIT)and additional positive feedback(APF)to improve effective flux-to-voltage transfer fidction and flux noise of magnetometer. In this stody,we investigate comparison of experimental results conceming effective flux-to-voltage transfer function and magnetic field resolution with APF and without it.And we also compare these results With calculated results with changing quantities of positive feedback parameter depending on resistance of APF clrcult.
