Abstract(in English) The carrier density N,the effective mass m^* and the Fermi energy ε_F Of Ba_1-X>K_XBiO_3(BKBO)thin films,which were prepared using an rf-magnetron sputtering system,have been evaluated in order to achieve a better understanding of the basic operation of the BKBO superconducting base transistor.The carrier density N was determined to be 5.Ox10^21>(cm^-3>)by Hall-effect measurement(H= 0.87T).The plasma frequency 【planck's constant】ε^^~_p was estim ated to be 1.5 -1.7(eV).from the Drude and Kramers-Kronig analysis of optical reflectivity measurements.From the results of N and 【pl anck's constant】ε^^~_p,the effective mass m^* and the Fermi ener gy ε_F were calculated to be 0.8m_0-l.0m_0 and 1.2-1.5(eV).respect ivel.The quasi-particle transition probability was also calculated for the BKBO, STO:Nb junction using these parameters.
