Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The current density distribution for grain boundary Josephson junctions was studied, the GBJJs were fabricated on YBCO thin-film bicrystal. The results showed that the first minima did not occur at zero, moreover, the second maxima occurred at higher value than that in an ideal Fraunhofer-like patern. The former was explained by an asymmmetrical current density profile, the latter can be explained by the distribution peaked at the junction edges. In additon,we have tried to controll the critical current Ic by changing laser power. As a results,Jc varied at the range of three order.
