Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A superconducting synapse circuit, which realizes digitally variable synaptic weight,is presented. Each bit of the synapse circuit consists of 2-(m=O,1,2,...)double-junction SQUlDs..To demonstrate the ability of the synapse experimentally,a superconducting neural network of a function of 3-bit A, D converter has been fabricated using a niobium integration technology. The network contains three neurons and three synapses. Its operation has been successfully observed. We also discuss an R- S flip-flop as a memory cell of synapses.
