Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We propose phase-mode logic circuits which have a single ground reference. All Josephson transmission lines are coupled to a single ground through resistors.Operations of a S-branch circuit and an ICF gate with resistive ground contact are demonstrated by using of computer simulation. The ICF gate is the most basic circuit of the phase-mode system. These circuits have been fabricated using Nb, AlO_x/Nb Josephson junctions and measured.A ″FAN-IN″ operation o f the S-branch circuit with resistive ground contact are experimentally confirmed. The first full operation of the ICF gate are successfully demonstrated.
