Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper,we have analyzed the relations between oscillation modes and circuit parameters in ROSs which will be used to construct-magnetic sensor. The circuits which are analyzed in this paper are consisted of dc-SQUID,s hunted resistance and inductance. In order to generate relaxation oscillation inROS s;Decrease shunted resistance, decrease DC bias current and increase shunted inductance. To increase the seiditivity of magnetic sensor(i.e. variation of oscillation frequency against external flux),the opposite of previous conditions could be applied. So,it is important to grasp the boundary of relaxation oscillation and chaotic oscillation areas. If the mutual inductance between loop ind uctance and shunted inductance is considered, then oscillation mode areas shift along external fluxaxis, and chaotic os cillation area have a tendency to expand by increasing the mutual inductance.
