Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have observed current steps at Vg, n in a current-voltage curve of a Nb/-AlOx/Nb Josephson junction, where n is integer and Vg is the gap voltage. The steps showed periodic modulation for an applied magnetic field. The magnetic response of the Vg/3 step was reversed phase against that of Ic,while the response of the Vg/2 step was in-phase.The maximum current of the Vg/3 step was always greater than that of the Vg/2 step. The occurence of the steps was independent of the critical current density. When a magnetic field applied, the steps did not always appear in each junction. The occurence of the steps may depend on the subgap resistivity.
