Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The superconducting coil integrated on the superconducting tunnel junction(STJ)has been designed and fabricated to suppress the Josephson current for applying an X-ray detector. The I-V characteristics and Fraunhofer characteristics were measured under the magnetic fields of the superconducting coil and an external conventional coil. Characteristic features under the magnetic fields of both coils were quite similar. The suppression of both Josephson current and Fisk step were achieved using the present superconducting coil integrated on the STJ at 4.2K.
