Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | We propose an universal gate of NAND logic based on single flux quantum(SFQ)logic. The NAND gate enables to construct any logic circuits. In the proposed gate, three superconducting loops share two Josephson junctions in common. The Josephson critical currents were designed to allow two loops among them to keep single flux quantum at the same time. Using this system, the proposed gate can perform NAND logic function. We simulated dynamic operation of this NAND gate using JSIM program. The simulations assume that a critical current density of Nb/AlO_x/Nb Josephson junction is 0.8kA/cm^2. The results show that the NAND gate can operate at frequency up to about 25GHz, and the power consumption of this circuit is close to 0.06μW/gate. |
