Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have calculated the dc Josephson current through the superconducting junctions with two barriers as a function of the phase difference. An expression of the superconducting current is first described with the probability amplitude of the Andreev reflections in the propagation model of quasiparticles by A.Furusaki and M.Tsukada. By using this expression, we have numerically estimated the current-phase characteristics, comparing with those of single barrier superconducting junctions, and have also discussed the resonant phenomena of quasiparticles.
