Abstract(in English) In superconducting junctions we consider the quasiparticles' wavefunctions, which obey the Bogoliubov-de Gennes equations.We have numerically obtained the value of the Josephson current in superconducting junctions by the coefficient of Andreev reflection of the quasiparticles. Dependence of the current upon the thickness of the barrier layer has also been studied.
