Abstract(in English) Oxide superconductor junctions claim an atomic-flat interface between superconductor and normal-metal(or insulator)layers. In the case of conventional heteroepitaxial growth, it is difficult to prepare the film with a flat surface.We have used YBa_2Cu_3O_x single-crystal substrates, having no lattice mismatching, and succeeded in preparing the homoepitaxial film with an atomic-flat surface by MOCVD. It is hopeful to reproducibly fabricate oxide superconductor junctions using this technique.
