Orientation control on YBCO thin films deposited of the sapphire substrate with CeO_2 buffer layer fabricated using IBS method

Abstract(in English) We tried to control the orientations of the YBCO thin films which were deposited at various substrate temperature and deposition rate on the sapphire substrate with CeO_2 buffer layer, that was fabricated using a method of IBS. The quality of buffer layer were estimated through examining Tc and Jc of the YBCO thin film deposited on the CeO_2 thin film. The YBCO thin films deposited at substrate temperature of 700°C and deposition rate of 5Å/min are c-axis orientation and have Tc and Jc up to 89K and 1.25×10^6A/cm^2 respectively. a-axis oriented YBCO thin films are obtained at substrate temperature below 610°C and deposition rate of more than 10 Å/min.High Tc of 85K was realized by "temperature gradient"method.
