Abstract(in English) | We tried to control the orientations of the YBCO thin films which were deposited at various substrate temperature and deposition rate on the sapphire substrate with CeO_2 buffer layer, that was fabricated using a method of IBS. The quality of buffer layer were estimated through examining Tc and Jc of the YBCO thin film deposited on the CeO_2 thin film. The YBCO thin films deposited at substrate temperature of 700°C and deposition rate of 5Å/min are c-axis orientation and have Tc and Jc up to 89K and 1.25×10^6A/cm^2 respectively. a-axis oriented YBCO thin films are obtained at substrate temperature below 610°C and deposition rate of more than 10 Å/min.High Tc of 85K was realized by "temperature gradient"method. |
