Abstract(in English) The different growth orientation of EuBa_2Cu_3O<7-δ>(EBCO) thin films on Al_2O_3(1102) substrates with CeO_2 buffer layers were investigated. Films of CeO_2 and EBCO were prepared by RF and DC magnetron sputtering, respectively, and were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), atomic force microscopy(AFM), reflection high energy electron diffraction(RHEED).The(100)and(110)oriented EBCO thin films were obtained on CeO_2 layers 30~100Å thick and more than 700Å thick, respetively. The a-axis oriented EBCO thin films exhibited T_'s of 83.6K on CeO_2 50Å thick.
