Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have fabricated high-Tc dc SQUIDs, which have different configurations and current injection lines, and measured the magnetic coupling coefficient to study the relation between the coupling coefficient and configurations. It has been found that the coupling coefficient increases, as the current flows in a simple way and the corrent density in the superconductor is distributed uniformly. In a SQUID having coplanar parallel striplines, the injection lines, which bring the induced current in the pickup coil to the SQUID, also contribute to the coupling.
