Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) As one of important factors in mobile and satellite communications, filters are required that have narrow bands and sharp cutoff properties. We have fabricated microwave filters with superconducting coplanar waveguide(CPW). Introducing meanderline geometry we can make filter size greatly reduced. In 2GHz filter, where there is a problem that coupling between the gap becomes weak, we have solved the problem by introduceing more complex interdigital gap. We carried out simulations on meanderline CPW filters and found that radius "r" in meander section must be at least about 150[μm] in the present designed values. We have made a 3-pole filter and performed for preliminaly experiments.
