Abstract(in English) | A new submesh technique has been proposed for the FDTD analysis of two dimensional structures which generally has important small structural features compared to the main body. This technique is very simple to implement in the FDTD method and saves considerable computation time by reducing the number of cells keeping the same accuracy. |
