Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) To enhance integration level and reliability of Josephson circuits,we developed power lines laying under the ground plane. We observed that magnetic flux due to large current in a conventional power line affects characteristic of a close gate. But the power line under the ground plane prevents such a magnetic noise.Since the gates can be put above the power lines,an integration level becomes high even if we use the same fabrication technique. We confirmed the operation of 4 bit shift register, and obtained the average OR gate delay of 8.0 ps from measurement of 500-stage gate chains.
