Abstract(in English) | We have fabricated the vertically stacked Josephson junctions with different thicknesses (4,8,14,20,40nm)for the intermediate Nb layer.In the double junction,the simultaneous switching between the lower and the upper junction is observed.Though a simultaneous switching is also observed in the series-connected Josephson junction,some differences only in the double junction with thin intermediate Nb layers such as 4nm or 8nm are observed.We have investigated the condition of this by the magnetic field dependence of the critical currents. |
