Abstract(in English) | We have fabricated anisotropic Josephson junctions consisting of all(103)oriented YBa_2Cu_3O_7-δ>, PrBa_2Cu_3O_7-δ′>/YBa_2Cu_3O _7-δ> trilayer films.The junction with a dimension of 30×30μm^2 shows the RSJ like I-V characteristics with hysteresis at temperature below 20K,and clear Shapiro steps under microwave radiation.Furthermore,it is found that the junction has anisotropic Fraunhofer interference patterns depending on the direction of the external magnetic field.Experimental values of the critical magnetic field are good agreement with the analytical values based on Owen-Scalapino model.From these results,it is concluded that the anisotropic Josephson effect originates from the anisotropic magnetic penetration depth of(103)oriented YBa_2Cu_ 3O_7-δ>films. |
