Abstract(in English) We have developed a multichip module(MCM-D, C)using mullite multilayer ceramics and Nb/polyimide thin film to operate Josephson LSI circuits at a few GHz operating frequency.In order to supply microwave AC power to Josephson LSI,the microwave impedance matching circuits which has 1/4λ stripline,are built int o the mullite multilayer ceramics.And then four Josephson chips which are mounted in the area 16X16mm^2 achieve less than 100ps as propagation delay between the chips.This MCM is successfully demonstrated,which has capability to drive four chips of 6K gate Josephson LSI at the highest clock frequency of 1.2GHz.
