Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper describes the analysis of relations between oscillation modes and circuit parameters in fundamental Josephson junction circuits. The circuit which are analyzed in this paper include an autonomous circuit with tunnel type single Josephson junction and a dc-SQUID.The oscillation modes have been classified by bifurcation diagrams and Lyapunov exponents. In the single junction circuit, the boundaries of oscillation modes can be defined by the products of bias current and load resistance.Increasing the value(products of bias current and load resistance),the oscillation mode changes from the relaxation oscillation area to the periodic oscillation area. The chaotic oscillation can be observed between these two areas. Also by increasing load inductance, the relaxation oscillation area expands and the chaotic oscillation area reduces. The analysis results of the dc-SQUID circuit are similar to that of single junction circuit. When the external flux is equals to nΦ0 (n:integer),the relaxation oscillation area in the dc-SQUID circuit is the largest one,and the relaxation oscillation area is the smallest when the external flux is equals to(n+1, 2)Φ0.
