A Consideration on Excess Current of N-S Junction

Abstract(in English) The voltage and temperature dependences of the excess current of N-S junction were reported.Au and Pb were employed as a normal metal and a superconducting material,respectively.We estimated the barrier height and width by comparing the experimental results and analysis based on the Arnold theory.At low voltages,I-V characteristic agreed with the theory.However,the excess current larger than expected from the theory was observed at large voltages.The temperature dependence of the excess current near Te was identical with △(T).At T0.9Tc,the excess current saturated as explained by use of the Arnold theory.
