Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In Case that high-temperature superconducting thin films, such as YBCO, are used for coplanar waveguide (CPW) resonators and that their conductor losses are reduced, unloaded Q factor of the resonators can be limited due to radiation losses. In this report, a YBCO CPW resonater shielded with cut-off cavity is tested to reduce radiation losses. Measured unloaded Q factors at 10GHz are 15800 at 20K, 3300 at 77K. And surface resistances of the YBCO film are approximately estimated, 370μΩ at 20K, 1840μΩ at 77K, respectively.
