Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have simulated non-latching operations of Single Flux Quantum Logic-circuit using rf-SQUID. Basically non-latching operations are realized by the LI_c product being not so large. It is characteristic that this circuit is a 'Level logic' same as the MOSFET system and not a 'Pulse logic' like the RSFQ system. Simulations revealed that all fundamental logics, i.e. AND, OR, and NOT or NAND which have an element of denial, operate correctly. At the same time, we showed that a D-flip flop circuit which is indispensable for a sequential circuit can be realized.
