Abstract(in English) | The narrow band and sharp rejection filters can be realized using superconducting coplanar waveguide. We have fabricated the microwave filters with superconducting coplanar waveguide. Their transmission caracteristics was 5-15% fractional bandwidth, 5[GHz]or10[GHz] center frequencies. Measurement of S-parameter shows differences between experimental data and designed values. Approximately 5[dB] insertion loss was caused by radiation and connector losses. Predicted insertion loss by Q factor was agreed with experiment. |
