Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The narrow band and sharp rejection filters can be realized using superconducting coplanar waveguide. We have fabricated the microwave filters with superconducting coplanar waveguide. Their transmission caracteristics was 5-15% fractional bandwidth, 5[GHz]or10[GHz] center frequencies. Measurement of S-parameter shows differences between experimental data and designed values. Approximately 5[dB] insertion loss was caused by radiation and connector losses. Predicted insertion loss by Q factor was agreed with experiment.
