Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) High-temnxrature superconductors with having a sufficiently low surface resistance is expected to be applied to mobile communication and satellite communication antennas. In this paper we present the optimum rectangular patch antenna with having a resonance frequency of 5 GHz and an input impedance of 50 ohm designed by the transmission line model. We also examined the rectangular patch antennas made by Cu and YBCO films. The input impedance of these antennas were equal to that of feed line, however, resonance frequency was about 2.5 9o smaller than designed value. It was found that the efficiency of the antenna were depend on the input impedance of the antenna
