Analyses of Single Flux Quantum Logic Devices

Abstract(in English) We simulated the operations of logic circuits based on rf-SQUIDs which judge the logic whether one flux quantum exists in superconductive loop or not. As a result, we show that all fundamental logic can be realized and operate in a few handred GHz. At the same time, it becomes clear that power dissipation is about a few ten aJ. Furthermore, we show it is relatively easy to construct more complex circuit like decoder by this method.
